Meet 3moms:

Become a 3moms volunteer

We are tapping into “mom power” through our 3moms campaign. 3moms consists of everyday moms whose lives and families have been impacted by their child’s drug use. The concept behind 3moms is to encourage everyone who hears their message to share it with at least 3 other moms or caregivers of children.

Research from The Partnership for a Drug-Free America shows that parents wish they knew better what to say to their children about drugs, wish they knew how to start a conversation and want information on how other parents are handling this issue. Statistics show that when parents and kids talk early and often about drugs their children are up to 50% less likely to use drugs. 3moms will give parents the tools and information they need to feel better prepared.

Further statistics show that when parents and kids talk early and often about drugs, their children are up to 50 percent less likely to use drugs. We want parents of kids as young as preschoolers on through to high schoolers to learn about the best approach for their child.

3moms will give parents the tools and information they need to feel better prepared when taking on the drug issue. As parents who have had the experience of having a child in trouble, we also understand the need for support when families are going through a difficult time.
